January Suppers with Sawyer at Kindling Chicago

Chef Jonathon Sawyer returns to Kindling Chicago on Friday, January 16 for another intimate evening around the hearth. Guests are invited to experience a six-course, chef-guided, wood-fired supper that celebrates live-fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, and Sawyer’s signature storytelling.

The evening begins with a welcome cocktail at 6:00 PM, followed by supper at 6:30 PM. The menu features highlights like bacon-wrapped bay scallops, a Singaporean-inspired fried oyster omelette, pumpkin curry pasta, potato-crusted cod, Wagyu short rib shepherd’s pie, and a decadent chocolate soufflé to finish.

Tickets are $90 per person (plus tax and gratuity), with optional beverage pairings available for $55. Seating is limited.
