Chef Jonathon Sawyer is back firing up the hearth on Friday, February 27th for those who have missed his last few installments of Suppers with Sawyer! On Friday, February 27th guests are invited to gather around Kindling’s iconic hearth to celebrate the art of live fire-roasted cooking. This next installment offers an intimate, chef-guided, six-course wood-fired dinner showcasing Chef Sawyer’s signature storytelling and culinary craft. Guests will begin the evening with a welcome cocktail at 6:00 PM before sitting down for supper at 6:30 PM. The February 27th menu features Hot Buttered Oysters, slow-smoked over oak with beurre Bordier butter, fresh herbs, and pimentón d’Espelette; Lobster Risotto all’Onda with oak barrel–aged rice, shellfish brodo, Maine lobster, and soffritto bianco; Ssamjang-Glazed Root Vegetable Cellar with blood orange, ginger, celery root, Chioggia beets, turnip, and radish; Skate Wing “Steaks” au Poivre featuring bone-in ray filets, smoked peppercorn mélange, cognac cream, and lemon thyme; Québécoise-Style Tourtière Game Pie with maple spice, Marget duck, carrot confit, Wagyu beef, and morel mushrooms; finished with a Strawberry & Pine Nut Trifle layered with vanilla pastry cream, pine nut madeleines, and bright citrus.

Tickets are $90 per person (plus tax and gratuity), with optional beverage pairings available for $55. Seating is limited.
