Willis Tower has a team of on site trade personnel ready to assist our tenants. The services we can provide for you include:
Engineering – temperature requests, repairs & maintenance
Janitorial – carpet and solid surface floor cleaning, window washing, wall & partition cleaning, furniture cleaning
Carpentry – hang pictures, repair drawers, move office furniture, replace ceiling tiles
Lamping – replace bulbs and ballasts
Electrician – re-set breakers, check outlets, install additional service
Locksmith – re-key cylinders, copy building keys, repair door handles, open file cabinets
The Willis Tower Tenant Work Order Request system is fully web-enabled and designed to manage and streamline the request, tracking and completing process. Please create a work order each time you have a need for assistance from the building on site trade personnel. For access to the Tenant Work Order System, please contact the Office of the Building at 312-875-0066.
Willis Tower’s Management Team is excited to share that the updated work order system is here! This service offers the flexibility to submit and track work orders through a web dashboard and the tenant-exclusive My Willis Tower app—creating a one-stop shop for all information and updates taking place in the building.
Willis Tower offers a web-based system for registering approved guests and deliveries for access to your office and our loading dock. If you have been notified by the Office Of the Building that your company has been moved to Cloudgate please use the corresponding link.
TONE is a 30,000 square foot tenant-exclusive fitness center on the 33rd floor, offering a full suite of classes and services. Interested in a tour? Book your visit in advance via the My Willis Tower app.
Tone is open Monday - Thursday between 6 am - 7 pm and Friday between 6 am - 2 pm.
New Members: after you register and create an account on Mindbody, contact [email protected] with request for membership start date. You are also able to become a member in person at TONE during business hours. You can also join Tone's newsletter, The Gain.

Conference Center:
Tower House Conference Center offers a new meeting space on the 34th floor, which is available to tenants by reservation. The entire space can accommodate up to 300 guests, or be divided into smaller spaces. Tower House Conference Center is equipped with state of the art A/V and can take care of your food and beverage needs. This space is ideal for conferences, seminars, cocktail receptions, dinners, and more!
Steel Room:
Delivering the quintessential Chicago experience, Willis Tower’s Steel Room is the ideal space to both inspire and impress. Designed by world-renowned architect Jose Gonzalez, the space exhibits attention to detail that accentuates its form and function. Accommodating up to 150 guests, this sophisticated, yet casual atmosphere, provides the elegant flexibility perfect for any event. Available for building tenants only.

Take your event to the next level on the 99th floor. Willis Tower’s 8,000 square foot private event space features a panoramic 360-degree view of up to 4 states. The space can accommodate up to 175 guests for a seated dinner and 300 guests for a cocktail reception. For more information visit the Skydeck website or contact us via email.
Tower House is a casual work and meeting place for tenants, complete with a café and bar.
Tower House café is open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 2 pm. Tower House bar is open Tuesday - Thursday from 3 pm - 8 pm.
With three different booking options that can accommodate up to 200 guests, Tower House Lounge is the perfect place to host clients, happy hour or an office celebration. For more information and for booking, please email [email protected].

The fourth floor outdoor terrace in Catalog is open seasonally and weather-contingent throughout the year. When open, the outdoor terrace features Wi-Fi, ample seating, a lush lawn with walking paths, and convenient restrooms. There’s no better place to work, eat, or unwind.

MorphoWave is a cardless entry system at Willis Tower that allows you to access the building turnstiles with a wave of your hand, no building ID required.
The quick and easy enrollment process takes approximately two minutes. Open enrollment for MorphoWave takes place Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am – 11 am at the Willis Tower Security office on the 37th floor, suite 3757.

Valet bike parking is available to tenant employees in the Willis Tower Parking Garage for $25/month or $250 annually. Please contact the Willis Tower management team at 312-875-0066 to complete a bike parking agreement, receive your assigned valet bike parking space and begin access as soon as tomorrow.
Altitude is a refined tenant lounge and café with stratospheric views. The café offers morning and lunchtime grab-and-go food and drink.
