Food Delivery & Pick Up FAQ

What is the Catalog Mobile Ordering program? This tenant-exclusive amenity allows Willis Tower Tenants to order food from select Catalog Restaurants for pickup or delivery to their office through the My Willis Tower App. To place your order, download the ”My Willis Tower App” from the Apple or Google Play App stores. Simply create an account and select the “Order Food” tab to enjoy convenient mobile ordering or delivery from your favorite Catalog restaurants. Catalog food delivery is facilitated by runners exclusive to Willis Tower who follow all CDC health and safety standards. Please note that this program is exclusive to tenants of Willis Tower.

What is the My Willis Tower App? This tenant-exclusive app is your one-stop shop for all building needs and updates. It’s also where you can order ahead at select Catalog restaurants.

What happens if my order is incorrect or an item is missing? Please contact the restaurant directly. Contact information can be found below, or your order confirmation.

Which restaurants are a part of the mobile ordering program? Brown Bag Seafood, Do-Rite Donuts, Market Creations, Tortazo, and Tower House Cafe. More restaurants are forthcoming.

Can I order for pickup? Yes, pickup ordering is available.

How do I cancel my order? Contact the restaurant directly to cancel your order. Refunds are not guaranteed.

What are the hours for delivery and/or pickup? Delivery is available between 11 am - 2 pm, Monday - Friday. Pickup is available during the respective restaurant opening hours (some exceptions apply). Please check the individual restaurant page in the mobile ordering tool for hours of operation.

If I order from multiple restaurants at one time, will my orders be delivered together? Orders are delivered as soon as they become available to preserve the highest quality.

What happens if I cannot meet the delivery runner when I am notified my food is delivered?  You may call the restaurant to change the delivery time as long as there are no edits to the items ordered.
